四臂觀音菩薩像

觀音戴高寶冠，中央置阿彌陀化佛一尊，為辨識觀音身分的表徵。綰高髻，數綹長髮垂覆。臉形橢圓，雙眼平視。蹙眉但微露笑意，神態微妙。帶橢圓形頭光，雕多重細密紋飾，最外圈已損毀。佩戴項圈、臂釧、腳釧，腰繫精緻飾帶。帔帛繞臂，左肩斜掛聖帶垂至大腿，聖帶邊緣飾聯珠紋。袒上身，下裹貼身短腰布，陰刻衣紋。肩寬腰細，肌體渾圓厚實，呈三屈式姿態站立。原有四臂，僅存二主臂上段，餘臂已佚失。作品出土處無法確認，推測或為印度北方邦或中央邦之作品。
