Incense Burner

金銅五獸足薰爐
中國
唐代（618～907）供具。銅質，通體鎏金，由爐蓋與爐身組合而成。蓋作二層，頂作蓮蕾形鈕，由覆蓮座承托；上層覆鉢形，下層外撇折沿。蓋上有孔以利散煙。
爐身圓形，淺腹，平底。下接五獸形足，腳掌緊貼地面，上部鐫刻獸首。足間設鎖環，足、鎖分別鑄造，用鉚釘連接。整體表面研磨拋光，細緻平滑後再鎏金以加強平面的反射效果。
