此圖為金農所繪《人物山水圖冊》第二開。畫中繪一草廬半開，一居士頭戴高帽，著淡赭色長袍，雙手合十跪室內蒲團上作禮拜狀，前側高几上置一立佛塑像；屋外二樹枝葉繁茂。
作品構圖簡單，筆墨清潤，意思明了，畫面右側題識「……合十禮佛種種皆由心生絕非／摹仿所為也……」。題識後附詩一首「……三熏／三沐開經囊精進林中妙啻長／禮畢小身辟支佛寫時指放玉／豪光」。落款「心出家●（上「今」+中「酉」+下「皿」）僧畫記」，下鈐「金吉金印」。
