此冊共描繪十六羅漢。款「臣賈全恭繪」。賈全生卒年不詳，為清乾隆年間（1736～1795）的宮廷畫家。
畫面描繪手法十分生動，具有較強的寫意性，不強調線條的細緻勾勒。羅漢與山水景物相配合，或坐於高崖上，或行走於懸崖間。每幅羅漢大多兩兩相配，尤其把握其動態描寫，如撚眉、伸指指路等，體現很強的故事性。畫面中人物與山水畫法可見受清代（1644～1911）中期揚州地區繪畫的影響，設色豔而不俗。
