為宮廷應制繪畫。畫面描繪無量壽佛結禪定印，結跏趺坐於蓮花寶座上。旁有二弟子、四天王脇侍。佛前方有一菩薩跪拜，旁有二力士。畫中款題「乾隆二十六年（1761）長至月，臣丁觀鵬恭繪」。
作品基本採白描手法，在瓷青紙上以金線勾勒，佛、菩薩、弟子面部用金粉渲染，呈現出富麗堂皇的效果。此種瓷青紙描金畫在清代（1644～1911）宮廷繪畫中較為多見，一般均為佛教題材，用於某些較為莊重的場合。
