觀音菩薩像 釋石濤

觀音面容清秀，頭微俯，結跏趺坐於岸邊，左手置於山石上。其身後山石聳峙，數枝翠竹生長於其間，身側置一插柳枝的淨瓶。
觀音面部用細線勾勒，頗為工整，衣紋用筆時粗時細，濃淡相間，線條時有波折之感，然而在整體上顯得圓渾、流暢。背景之山石、海水在水墨烘染的基礎上，以線條勾勒、皴擦，筆墨融而不匯，相得益彰。山石用一種形似波浪的皴法表現，尤見石濤筆意，稀疏簡淡。山石、海水最後以濃墨點提醒。
畫面右下側自識曰：「甲寅長治日粵山石濤濟敬寫於昭亭雙塔寺」。甲寅即清康熙十三年（1674），時石濤三十三歲。雙塔寺又稱雙幢寺，位於今安徽省宣城北十里的敬亭山南隅。石濤當時在宣城常與梅清等交往，在繪畫上受到了梅清的影響。
