千手千眼觀音菩薩像
甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土
甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。觀音戴化佛寶冠，嘴唇上端及頦下有髭鬚，眉間有一眼，身飾項圈、瓔珞。身前雙手於胸前合掌，另有雙手一捧鉢，一結印；身後千手各持法器，手心皆有一眼。頂上寶蓋以三花組成，兩端各有一童子。
菩薩蓮座前設供案、香爐，案前的毯子飾對鳳。菩薩及供案兩側各有兩身菩薩，根據其側榜題可知為「南無妙吉祥菩薩」、「南無常精進菩薩」、「南無大莊嚴菩薩」、「南無寶首菩薩」。畫面下端供養人相向而立。
此幅構圖對稱中見變化，疏密有致，設色豔而不俗，體現出宋代（960～1279）佛畫的高水平。
