羅漢坐於山野松樹下之石塊上，雙眉微蹙，鬚髮皆白，眼神深邃，鷹勾鼻，嘴唇緊閉；著袒右肩袈裟，露出的右臂略顯枯槁，右手握竹杖，左手撫臥虎頭。羅漢身後有一童子及年輕比丘。
圖中人物形象古樸，衣紋用線勁健爽利；山石用南宋（1127～1279）流行的斧劈皴，水墨淋漓；松樹幹皴染結合，富有立體感；竹用雙勾，瘦勁清秀，此幅可謂羅漢圖中的佳作。作品無作者款印，有「懷民鑑定之印」、「大石堂」、「唐雲」等朱文鑑藏印。
