該長卷抄寫《妙法蓮華經》卷六〈隨喜功德品〉經文，以圖畫形式表現佛說法和《法華經》諸品內容，高30.1公分，全卷長1,268.5公分。
畫面右側為佛說法圖，佛頭頂髮髻，面相圓潤，著偏衫式袈裟，結跏趺坐，作說法相。佛前設供案香爐，兩側及案前有弟子、菩薩、梵王眾、諸天眾及天王等。畫面左側表現法華經諸品內容，均有榜題標示，榜題從右至左依次為「我等先世福 宮殿甚嚴飾／今以奉世尊 唯願哀納受」、「常擊天鼓諸天伎樂／滿十小劫至於滅度」、「如從饑國來忽遇大王膳／心猶懷疑懼未敢即便食」、「甘穀苗稼甘蔗蒲桃／雨之所潤無不豐足」、「菩薩沙彌知佛入室寂／然禪定各升法座八萬四千劫」、「故以方便力權化作此城／汝今勤精進當共至寶所」。
此圖人物與界畫相結合，用筆精工，構圖嚴謹，在瓷青紙上以金泥書寫描繪，材質貴重，顯示法華信仰在宋代（960～1279）仍有一定程度的流行。
