新疆維吾爾自治區吐魯番市鄯善縣吐峪溝石窟發現
新疆維吾爾自治區吐魯番市鄯善縣吐峪溝石窟發現。畫幅上方有榜題「南无延壽命長壽王菩薩」，可知當為描繪延壽命菩薩。畫面殘存菩薩上半部分，推測若保存完整，全圖尺寸應超過2公尺，為大型的菩薩像。
畫面以白描手法勾勒，未上色彩，可能是未完成的白畫底本。畫面以線條的濃淡、粗細變化來塑造人物形象。菩薩面部用線精練，線條對比微妙，穿插自然合理，具有很強的體量感。
