新疆維吾爾自治區吐魯番市柏孜克里克石窟出土。殘片中可見三身菩薩像，均側身向右，並存留多重同心圓頭光。畫面左側菩薩可見披在雙肩的天衣及垂肩的長髮。中間一身已漫漶。右側菩薩頭戴寶冠，面相豐滿，眉眼修長，胸前飾有瓔珞。
