甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。幡頭、幡手、幡足及底部的鎮板均保存完好，總高210.4公分，為九世紀之珍貴作品。
菩薩略側向右，立於蓮台上，蓮瓣為紅、綠色交錯。頭光上方升起三色靈芝形雲氣紋。頭綰長髻，戴綴有紅蓮及寶珠的寶冠，雙手交握於腹前。佩戴項圈、瓔珞、臂釧、腕釧，身披綠色帔帛。以紅色繪出長裙的褶紋，腳背上可見紫色的漸層暈染，整體造型雍容華貴。
幡身上、下緣均有飾帶，三角形幡頭內繪團花紋樣，深藍色幡手尾端縫綴小穗。
