白衣觀音端坐於海邊岩石上，周身環繞大圓光。岩前波濤洶湧，奇松盤踞岩石，身後流水淙淙。海中巨龍獻寶珠，虛空有天部護持。此幅畫風工整細緻，左上角為明代（1368～1644）僧人慧明的題款「靈隱徑山比丘慧明」，為明洪武十一年（1378）其駐錫浙江杭州靈隱寺之後所題。
