畫面右下角題「涇里顧武祖舍」，可知此幅羅漢圖是涇里顧武祖供養，涇里可能為今安徽涇縣。畫中羅漢坐於龍頭椅上，面容蒼老，滿布皺紋，鬚眉皆白，高額長耳，嘴角掛著慈祥的微笑，形貌誇張，與貫休羅漢畫風格相似。羅漢身側立一侍者，懷抱一瑞獸，獸爪攀附侍者的臉及胸，形象生動。羅漢衣紋以顫筆表現，線條流暢自然，曲折頓挫有致。
