Xi’an: Votive Tablet with Buddha and Two Attendants

西安市西郊原機場出土
陝西省西安市西郊原機場出土。圓拱形，青灰色，呈一佛二脇侍組合，邊緣飾卷草與蔓草花紋。佛螺髮肉髻，五官不甚清晰。著袒右袈裟，手施觸地印，結跏趺坐於束腰須彌座上。身後雙重圓形頭光、方形椅背，均飾聯珠紋。脇侍菩薩身形纖細，袒上身，帔帛飄揚，均一手持拂塵，立於蓮台上。台座下各有一獅。佛及脇侍之間有四座小佛塔。
佛座下七行小字為「緣起法頌」，即佛教根本四諦的苦、集、滅三諦偈文。此法頌常見於塔基、塔內或佛像，稱為法身舍利偈或法身偈。背面有十四字題記「印度佛像大唐蘓／常侍普同等共作」。
