佛像肉髻低平，方臉圓潤，眉目修長，面露微笑，神情祥和莊嚴。體態豐盈，內著僧祇支，外披袈裟，懸裳覆座如垂幔，衣紋線條流暢。右手屈肘前舉，齊腕處損毀，左手自然撫膝，結跏趺坐於須彌座上。
須彌座為多層六角高台座，上刻有大唐「神龍二年（706）」的題記，下方間飾覆蓮瓣紋。
