菩薩髮髻高綰，頭冠由寶珠連綴而成，臉龐渾圓，五官小巧，表情恬靜。頸項較粗，有一道斷痕。身披帔巾，飾項圈，瓔珞長垂。左手略微前伸握淨瓶，右手舉於胸側持物，指頭略有毀損。下身著長裙，線刻衣紋華麗精細。直立於蓮台上，下有方座。此像結構嚴謹，雕工簡潔，比例勻稱。
