浙江省溫州市白象鎮白象塔出土
一九六五年浙江省溫州市白象鎮白象塔出土。此菩薩頭綰高髮髻，髮髻上有華麗珠寶組成的冠形裝飾，面容秀麗，眉目修長。肩搭石綠色纏枝紋描金帔帛，內著紅色菱格紋交領襦衣，項飾瓔珞，臂腕佩釧，雙手合掌於胸前。此菩薩像面容刻劃精細秀美，身姿窈窕婉約，是北宋（960～1127）菩薩像中的佳作。
