為本尊守護神。按時輪金剛密法，一切眾生都在過去、現在、未來三時中輪迴，該法的時輪即代表三時。其形象有多種，常見的是四頭十二臂雙身像。雙身隱含慈悲與智慧的結合，其中佛父代表慈悲，佛母象徵智慧。
此尊造像通體鎏金，鑲嵌寶石。主尊四面十二臂，每面三目。兩主臂擁抱智慧佛母並分持金剛鈴、金剛杵，其餘手臂分別持法器。左腿弓立，右腿跨出。智慧佛母四面八臂，兩主臂環抱主尊並分別持金剛鉞、捧嘎巴拉碗，其餘手臂分別持法器。
