此像造於十四至十五世紀。佛螺髮高髻，廣額圓面，雙目下視，鼻梁挺拔，薄唇輕抿，嘴角含笑，大耳垂肩，神態莊嚴。著袒右袈裟，薄衣貼體，衣紋簡潔。左手置於腹前，右手作觸地印，結跏趺坐於仰覆蓮座。雙足間扇形裙角前，橫置一金剛杵。蓮座上下各飾有一圈聯珠紋。
