密集金剛通常為雙身形，此像為單身，三面六臂，高髮髻，戴寶冠，每面三目。主面臉龐豐圓，雙眉緊鎖，三目圓睜，呈忿怒相。袒上身，寬肩細腰，手足圓潤，身飾種種莊嚴物。右主臂於胸前持法輪，左主臂於腹前握金剛鈴；其他四臂，右手分別持蓮花和金剛杵，左手持寶劍和火焰寶珠。結跏趺坐於仰蓮座，下為飾雙獅和寶瓶的方座。整個造像鑲嵌諸多綠松石，與鎏金造像形成鮮明的視覺效果。
