此像為十五至十六世紀作品，戴花冠，髮髻高聳，寬額短面，面帶微笑，戴大耳璫，右耳璫已佚。袒上身，佩瓔珞，有臂釧、手鐲，皆鑲寶石。臂釧較低，接近肘部，此為西藏佛教晚期造像的特點之一。雙手於腹前托長壽寶瓶。結跏趺坐於仰覆蓮座，著貼體長裙，腿前裙襬呈扇形覆於蓮座上。
