此像為十五至十六世紀作品。頭戴骷髏冠，臉形寬短，面有三目。佩大耳璫、胸飾、手釧、足釧，袒身，披人頭鬘，腰間飾瓔珞。右手高舉金剛鉞刀，已毀損，左手當胸捧嘎巴拉碗，同時夾持卡章嘎杖，右腿彎曲，足尖撐於左小腿上，呈舞立姿，腳下踏人屍，下為圓形覆蓮台。
