此像為十五至十七世紀作品。菩薩額頭上端有螺髮，髮髻高聳，髮絲披肩，頭戴五葉冠，佩大耳璫。面相方長，鼻直唇厚，細眉長眼，目光有神。雙手當胸結轉法輪印，同時拈長莖蓮花，花朵開於雙肩兩側，上托法輪和寶瓶，為彌勒菩薩的標識。下著裙，倚坐於須彌座，足踏蓮台。造像通體鎏金，局部彩繪，青髮紅唇，富麗精緻。
