十七至十八世紀作品。藏傳佛教深信修持綠度母法門，能斷生死輪迴，除一切障，往生極樂世界。綠度母淨土是現存擦擦少見的題材之一。
三弧尖拱形，平底，脫模燒製，表面彩繪描金。畫面以漢、藏結合的雙層單檐樓閣為主體，下層主尊綠度母綰髮戴冠，細眉大眼，右足踏蓮，舒坐於仰覆蓮座上。度母兩側及下方，排列多尊供養菩薩、供養天、護法金剛等像，其間穿插彩繪的華蓋、法輪、摩尼寶珠，及種種花草、動物等紋飾。主尊座下為一方形水池，池水順流至大門，門前有倚坐彌勒佛像一尊。上層樓閣內有一小坐佛，左右兩側繪天人，金色屋頂兩側有日月。
此作構圖嚴謹，畫面繁縟，刻劃精細，色彩豔麗而講究，為晚期擦擦中的精品。
