大威德金剛，又稱閻曼德迦，為藏密尊奉的五大本尊之一。此像為十四至十五世紀作品，九面、三十四臂、十六足。九面分三層，下層五面，中層三面，皆戴五骷髏冠，呈忿怒相；上層一面為慈悲相之無量壽佛面。主面似閻王，為牛頭，三眼圓睜，張口露齒，呈大怒相。身材矮短，掛長蛇和人頭鬘，佩項圈、瓔珞及各種莊嚴飾件，足下踏八生靈、八飛禽及天神等。
整體以木雕造，其飾物及手中持物為銅鎏金配件。此像雕刻精緻，打磨光亮，是一件精美的佛教造像。
