此像為十五世紀作品。高髮髻，頭戴五葉冠，佩大耳環，雙手當胸結轉法輪印，並拈長莖蓮花，花朵升於菩薩肩膀兩側，其中左肩花朵承托一經書，右花托寶瓶。桃形的頭光和身光相連，鏤空的光環刻細密的火焰紋。菩薩結跏趺坐於蓮座，帛帶順蓮座兩側垂下。座下為身軀堅實的大象，四肢有力，腳各踏一朵蓮花，其下為單層覆蓮台座。
