十七世紀作品。螺髮高髻，頂飾髻珠。面部泥金已脫落。著袒右袈裟，以陰線刻劃出寬邊衣褶紋，衣緣飾以數層細線條，另於左肩垂下的衣角和雙足相交處為扇形皺褶。右手施與願印，左手置於腹前，結跏趺坐。
仰覆蓮座三重蓮瓣，束腰較深，上下緣飾聯珠紋，座後部無蓮瓣與聯珠紋飾，銘刻藏文四列，意「以慈悲對待一切眾生，始終賜與治病之甘露，用你無上法施的威力，使我們走進清淨佛土。由於正確選料，鑄造上乘，天神的壽數、財神的富有，成為施主世代之資糧；雖然都把潔淨和光明帶給大地，明月卻無法和佛陀的功業相比，右旋螺號傳出美妙的法音，在宇宙存在時響遍一切地區」。
