此尊造像面相方圓，五官輪廓鮮明，螺髮扁平，大耳垂肩，寬肩細腰。左手握持衣緣，右手當胸施無畏印，手指間有縵網相，結跏趺坐於方形台座上。方形座上有一墊子，下有二獅和力士托舉，四角有柱。身後頭光和背光邊緣飾有聯珠紋和火焰紋。
該像眼部和白毫間以銀鑲嵌，整體形象、風格及嵌銀手法體現出喀什米爾造像的典型特徵。
