此像戴五葉寶冠，繒帶於耳側向上飄卷，佩鏤空大耳璫。三目圓睜，眉毛上繪火焰紋，齜牙咧嘴，下巴鬍鬚為螺旋狀，頭髮如火焰上揚，呈怒相。內著交領大衣，外披大袍。袖口飛揚，身披帛帶，帶子飄舉。左手持寶瓶，右手持如意寶，屈腿坐於仰覆蓮座上，右腳前伸踩踏一海螺，海螺下有寶瓶。
