此天具有大神通自在力，擅於隱身，能為人除障難，增利益。原為古印度民間崇拜之神，後納為佛教天部護法。其形象據《末利支提婆華鬘經》為天女形，據《大摩里支菩薩經》卷一則為三面六臂乘豬像。
此像頭戴寶冠，髮髻高聳，面相方圓，袒上身，下裙貼體，項圈、長鍊、臂釧及衣紋等刻劃簡潔。右手施與願印，左手應持無憂樹枝，現已佚；舒右足，盤左足，坐於豬身上。其下覆蓮座正面有漢文銘刻「土觀呼圖克圖誠心金銀造」，故知為青海佑寧寺活佛土觀三世呼圖克圖羅桑卻吉尼瑪（blo bzang chos kyi nyi ma）所造。
