又稱龍種上智尊王佛、龍種淨智尊王佛、龍種上佛等，異稱甚多，為常住十方一切世界三十五佛之一。由於龍主雨水，所以在佛教中多有單獨供奉。
此像青色螺髮，雙手於胸前作轉法輪印，著袒右袈裟，結跏趺坐於仰覆蓮座上。佛身後兩側升起盤繞的兩組龍，共七條，龍頭豎起相連，形似佛像的背光。
