上師頭戴蓮花形寶冠，冠正面中心飾十字金剛杵。面圓，天庭飽滿，大眼寬鼻，神態端嚴。內著僧坎，外披袈裟及大氅，左手於腹前托長壽寶瓶，右手置於腿上，趺坐於卡墊之上，雙膝為大氅罩覆。寬板褶紋簡略大方，表現厚重質感。座後刻有藏文銘記，漢譯為「賜紅帽寶冠卻吉扎巴益西貝桑布（chos kyi grags pa ye shes dpal bzang po）」，故知為噶瑪噶舉派紅帽系（夏瑪巴）四世活佛卻扎益西（chos grags ye shes）之造像。
