讓迥多吉（rang 'byung rdo rje）為十三世紀噶瑪噶舉黑帽系（噶瑪巴）三世活佛。上師造金銀寫本《甘殊爾》一百六十函，一生廣弘教法，弟子眾多，影響甚鉅，曾受詔進京三次，最後示寂於大都（今北京）。
此像為西藏作品，戴黑帽系特有的蓮花形金邊黑帽，細眉與鼻梁相連，面相年輕。著僧坎和袒右田相袈裟，衣紋線條硬挺。雙手前伸置於腿上，趺坐於仰覆蓮座上，神態安詳。
