比丘法恩造釋迦牟尼佛坐像

佛右手上舉施無畏印，左手平肘捉衣角，結跏趺坐於束腰台座上。高肉髻，面相圓潤，方額大耳。眼瞼微啟，鼻挺唇厚，表情端嚴。體軀健碩，內著僧祇支，外披偏袒右肩袈裟，衣紋舒挺貼體，邊刻折帶紋。
佛身後有蓮瓣形大背光，外層刻劃流暢火焰紋，內層配置三身化佛，頭光飾蓮瓣紋樣。台座下為四足方台，正面兩側各置一蹲踞護法獅，側身昂首相對。台座刻飾花草圖案，正面左右刻供養人像。從整體之造型、紋飾及台座，顯示當時造像已注重裝飾效果。
四足方台背面銘刻「比丘法恩為亡父母造□（釋）迦文佛願使亡父母世世所生值遇諸佛□□生□」。
