此像臉龐豐腴，雙耳垂肩，弧形雙眉連接鼻梁，目視前方，表情溫和。頸部粗短，身軀結實，左手下垂握衣角，右手舉於胸前作無畏印，立於圓台上。圓台下為四足方座，台框素面無紋。佛身著袈裟，袈裟衣緣自胸前甩向肩後沿臂側外轉，再繞肘披展。腰部束帶，下身衣紋自腹部對稱垂落呈「V」形，線條流暢。蓮瓣形背光外層淺刻火焰紋，內層頭光刻劃多重圓圈紋飾。紋飾規整，具典雅之美，表現太和式金銅佛像的風格。
該像銘刻發願文「太和八年（484）十月十六日發幹縣人李日光□李山之上為父母下為二房眷屬造彌勒像一區若願合房大小長奉千聖願願從心所求如意」。
