佛作高肉髻，正面呈漩渦狀，臉形圓潤，五官輪廓清晰，嘴角上揚，笑容可掬。頸部粗長，身著通肩袈裟，褶紋細密，對稱勻整，圓活流暢。雙手結禪定印，結跏趺坐於束腰須彌座上，座下為四足方座，沿座框刻飾花紋。蓮瓣形背光飾火焰紋，作熊熊燃燒狀，內層素面無紋，其間浮雕帶有頭光的三身化佛坐像。造型樸拙，形象端嚴，紋飾精麗，表現太和式金銅佛像的藝術特色。
