比丘道恩造觀音菩薩像

菩薩束高髮髻，戴寶冠，冠旁繒帶垂落肩側，面相長圓，五官簡括，眉目上揚，嘴角微抿，面露笑容。體軀豐厚但略顯矮短。身著「V」形領廣口寬大衣袍，下著長裙，下襬均勻對稱稍微外展，寬鬆質輕層層疊覆，表現華麗飄然之美。覆蓮台平滑無紋，下為高腳四足方台，台框上緣刻飾紋樣。蓮瓣形大背光頂端尖銳細長，內飾火焰紋，極富動感。形體雖小，鑄造精練，風格樸實，整體造型規範嚴謹，表現東魏時期（534～550）造像之特色。
該像鐫刻發願文「興和四年（542）四月八日比丘道恩造觀音像一區上為國王檀主復為七世父母生父母邊地眾生……一時成佛」。
