該像端立於重疊四足方台上，方台上小下大，四足方正，台座邊框率簡無紋飾。身後背光周緣凸出六圓片，左右對稱，頂上高凸，雕飾花蕾，背光外表刻紋簡約，造型具立體感。
菩薩頭戴寶冠，冠旁繒帶垂肩，五官深刻，身軀修長，肩披帔帛，腰繫帶，衣服多層重疊，具厚實感。下著長裙，裙襬覆蓋腳面，長裙下襬尖銳外展，均衡而有規律。該像比例勻稱，裝束飄逸，造型優美，工藝精細，形體雖小，仍不失難得之佳作。
