趙元宗等造彌勒佛及脇侍像

主尊彌勒佛面相飽滿，表情靜謐。身軀比例適度。右手上舉，左手下垂，雙足垂踏雙蓮，採倚坐姿。圓形頭光飾花鬘紋。主尊兩側侍立菩薩、弟子像，身軀較小。弟子身披袈裟，雙手合掌於胸前。邊側為菩薩立像，神情端嚴，隻手持物，手勢相對。主尊座旁各置一供養菩薩，跪坐合掌。人物衣紋刻劃簡約，刀痕細薄，線條流暢自如。
背光作透雕菩提樹形式，枝幹對稱纏繞，樹葉鏤空。正上方為寶篋印塔，兩側各有三身飛天，向上簇擁，富有韻律感。台座正面中間為蓮花寶瓶，兩旁各有二供養人手執器物。台座兩側面和背面浮雕八神王像。此造像集圓雕、浮雕、透雕及線刻等技法於一體，形象生動，構圖新穎。
台座銘刻「大齊天保三年（552）七月十五日像主趙元宗趙蘭興趙業興造彌勒像一區普為一切有形□同福」。
