甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。九世紀作品。僅存幡身，周圍有小花紋樣的紅邊，圖左上角榜題墨書「南无救苦觀世音菩薩」。
菩薩立於藍色暈染的蓮台上，頭戴寶冠，面相豐圓，大耳，長髮披肩，左手於肩前揚掌，右手拈紅蓮。頸戴瓔珞，身披帔帛。長裙以紅紫色暈染，表現出衣褶的立體感。整體線條柔美，形象雍容華貴。菩薩頂上華蓋綴有穗飾，部分被頭光遮掩。
