甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。紅絹上以銀泥描繪觀音合十立於蓮台，榜題「南无救苦觀世音菩薩」。此像上方另見一蓮台，可知上、下至少描繪二尊。此類絹畫一般二面均有描繪，然此作於修復時用紙裱糊，只能見到正面的尊像。
