犍陀羅佛傳浮雕之一。據《過去現在因果經》卷一記載，悉達多太子降生之時，即能自己下地行走七步，難陀龍王及跋難陀龍王於天上降下一溫一涼清水，為太子灌頂沐浴。
圖中傘蓋下，太子帶頭光，站立於三獸形足台上，兩位宮女跪在地上悉心扶持，上方由難陀及跋難陀龍王二兄弟各持一水瓶，調和溫涼清水，為太子灌沐。後方，圖右側戴敷巾冠飾者為帝釋天，左側頭部已損、身上不加裝飾的為梵天，二者雙手合十禮拜讚歎。龍王後方又有二人，為前來禮讚太子降誕的天人，可惜面部都已殘毀。
