甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。敦煌出土多件行腳僧畫像，大多戴斗笠、背經箱、執麈尾、拄錫杖，身旁伴隨著老虎，應是出自於同一系列的粉本。
此圖線描迅捷。僧人高鼻，腿裹行纏，足履草鞋，隨行的老虎則張口吐舌；一同駕著靈芝形漂浮的雲朵，自天而降。圖左上角繪一尊乘雲的坐佛，似在前引導。坐佛下方墨書「南无寶勝如來佛」。
作品上端貼有一紙，墨書「曉白土請石闍梨劉闍梨吳闍梨老索法律／共成功德福事六月十九日僧錄龍●（鞏-革+言）」，字跡方向與作品呈垂直。敦煌遺書記載龍●（鞏-革+言）曾任都僧錄一職，因而得知此圖為十世紀作品。
