十摺頁橫幅畫面，描繪鬼子母（訶利帝母）揭鉢的場面，為《金剛般若波羅蜜經》卷首圖，此經為殘本，唯卷首圖保存完整。
畫面中央為釋迦牟尼佛結跏趺坐於蓮座上，手結說法印，表情沉靜祥和，與鬼子母、群魔劍拔弩張形成對比，呈現生動的戲劇化場景。
畫面左端為魔軍皈依佛陀座下，皆雙手合十向佛陀跪拜頂禮。此圖的刻繪可能是參照同時期繪本而成，為版畫中之巨作。
