內蒙古自治區阿拉善盟額濟納旗黑水城出土。為藏式風格唐卡，卷軸裝裱。
畫中僧人臉偏向右側，氣質沉著穩靜。身著紅色僧服，外披橙色僧氅，左手掌心向上，置於膝上，右手舉於胸前作印，結跏趺坐於蓮座上；座下有一半圓形紅毯。僧人身後為紅色背光，光內為靠背，兩側對稱飾有金鵝、金尾獅羊，獅羊腳下各踏一隻大象。
蓮座二側為男、女供養人，合十而立。女子梳高髻，著鑲金色團花的紅袍，為西夏（1032～1227）服飾；男子戴金冠，蓄鬍鬚，著紅長袍，繫白底黑邊腰布。畫幅四邊為外展的單蓮瓣，此種外框樣式見於黑水城早期西藏繪畫風格中。
