甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。幡頭、幡身和幡足保存完整。幡頭中央繪坐佛，著紅色袈裟，坐於蓮座上，蓮座兩側有花葉延伸。幡身繪觀音菩薩立於蓮台上，束高髻，戴花冠敷巾，雙唇染紅色，面相略顯豐腴。頸佩項飾，瓔珞垂掛胸前，帔帛繞雙肘飄然而下。左手上舉至胸前，右手自然下垂。腰繫寬帶，著紅羅裙，裙腰翻出。幡身上下緣飾植物圖案與紅、白方格，方格內各飾一圓點。菩薩頭光旁榜題「阿麼□（●（齒+來））磧蘭藩一口」，即指三十三觀音中的阿摩提觀音。
