甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。觀音立於紅蓮上，略側向右，頭光旁榜題「清信弟子□贊□／敬造救苦觀世音／菩薩一軀功德／一心供養」。
菩薩束高髻，戴化佛寶冠，長髮披肩，於肩膀至上臂之處形成粗黑的輪廓線，肩上並繪出略微卷翹的髮絲。佩耳飾、項飾、腕釧及瓔珞，紅色絡腋斜披於胸前，二條帛帶呈「U」形垂至腿間。左手結說法印，右手輕托植蓮花的琉璃碗。此圖下方殘損，顏色多已褪失。
