此尼泊爾造像乃沿襲早期李查維王朝（Licchavi，約300～879）藝術風格的代表作品之一。頭綰高髻，厚實的長髮分成兩大股，各編成三髮辮垂於肩膀上。頂戴三葉寶冠，中央一瓣樣式簡單，素面無華，僅在邊緣稍作雕飾，其餘兩瓣浮雕花葉紋。頭後帶簡潔的鏤空頭光，有著火焰紋的裝飾，為典型的尼泊爾光輪。
菩薩身形修長，通身無衣紋表現，僅著墨於配件和飾帶。頸飾串珠式項鍊，雙臂佩戴樣式極簡單的手鐲和蛇形臂環。腰帶素雅，布巾垂落於兩股之間。臀部斜披飾帶，挽結後自然垂於身側，線條優雅飄逸。
右臂自然垂下作與願印，指間呈縵網相，左手置於腿側，輕觸飾帶。腰臀右傾，立於束腰仰覆蓮台上，蓮台左側伸出一朵蓮蕾。
