福建林森人。幼居北京;後至台灣 篆刻
原名趙光銘。生於一九○七年，卒於一九九七年。篆刻家。福建林森人。幼居北京。北京大學肄業。曾蒙林琴南、董作賓等人指導書畫，獲益良多。一九五○年奉派至福建福州，任少將參議；因毗鄰壽山石產地，常取之作印。
至臺灣後去軍職。一九七五年中華民國篆刻學會成立，趙耕石為其重要成員之一。著有《篆文彙編》。
篆刻作品平實穩重，雄健疏朗。宗法漢印，以吳昌碩為依歸。佛教印作有佛在心中心即是佛朱文方章、阿彌陀佛白文方章等。
